B2 Visa interview region

Hi , I am trying to get visitors visa for my mother oto come to the US. She lives in Bilaspur Chattisgarh. Which consulate does this city fall under - Mumbai, delhi, Hyderabad,or Kolkata?

@Moderator Question for you - So interview can be given any of the consulates..

case: In-laws address in passport Nagpur, applied to Mumbai consular (DS-160) . Can now they take interview at Delhi or Chennai.

I found conflicting information in the link and on forum

When I wrote to VFS they say even after selecting based on current residence you can go anywhere for interview..

Please suggest, very confuse now
