Visitors Visa for my parents

Hi, I have been in US with my wife for last 7 months and we want to invite my parents to visit us in US.

I have a couple of questions

1. Can both of us be the sponsors? This would help to show the financial stability
2. Do we need a separate I-134 for for my mother and father or one will suffice?
3. Is there anything that we need to be cautious while filling out the forms and affidavits, I have a friend whose parent's visa was denied and we would like to be sure that we do things from our side correct
4. Will it be of help if we have specific travel plans like the return tickets etc ready?
5. We plan to invite my parents around April-May time frame, is it right time to schedule their interview in Feb-March or should we wait a little longer.

Can you please share some templates or something where we both can show ourselves as the sponsor? How do we do that in I134?

Also, in I 134, we need to mention who is accompanying you and also if the sponsor has sponsored anyone else as well. so for both my parents, I mention the name of the other? both in who is accompanying and in who else you have sponsored?

Also, as my wife is also earning, where do in I 134 do we mention her salary? thank you very much
