1-134 submission

I need some advise regarding filling 1-134 form.I am hoping to sponser my sister and her childfor a b2 visa during school holidays.However, my annual income is 50000 and I do not have any savings.Alternatively, my husband earns around 250000(quarter million/yr) I want to know if i can put his name on the 1-134 as a sponser or is it okay to put both of our names on 1-134 form.Please let me know
