What if I-94 is not detached by Airline officials while a visitor is leaving US ?
The passenger visited USA in Mar-05 and got I-94 stamped for 6 months till Sep -05. Left USA in May 05 and took away I-94 as this was not asked for or detached by aitlines offcials. Also they did not put a stamp on passport for departure.
We have got the original I-94 now in USA and orginal boarding passes ? What can be nect course of action. Will passenger face any probkem while reentering USA ?
