Multiple entry Visitor Visa

I have got multiple entry visit visa and my company is the sponsorer. If I change the job will I be allowed entry to USA as my address in USA will change. My visas are not expired.

Please help me as it is very urgent...

Also I have my friend who is 30 yrs old female can she apply for the visitor visa though she does not know anyone in the USA. She wants to see USA as a traveller.

Please help me out ...........

1. You can still use that visa to enter US.
2. She can apply on her own too.
