My uncle made a ds160 last year and submitted it. Now I made another ds160 for him but I cant schedule an appointment for him in ***SOME PRIVATE WEB SITE **** because it says "An applicant with this information already exists whose email starts with "abc" "
Is there any other way I can schedule an interview for him online?

I cant schedule an interview for him through phone because he lost the receipt when he paid $140.
