Kindly advice me, this is my first time applying for B2 visa in US, i work with good organisation and its well know to the world, i've a fiance in the US now a Citizen and will like me to come over to spend my holiday with him. i'm still single and wanted to build my career here in Nigeria, i didn't have intention of staying there for now.

what are the likely obstacles that i may likely to meet as regard going to the US to meet my fiance to spend my holiday with him during interview

Well, a B2 visa requires a non-immigrant intent and generally , fiances/spouses of US citizens are automatically presumed to be potential immigrants . So you will have problems there.

Such cases may be approved if you have an urgent reason to go to US ( eg. medical treatment,urgent business visit etc.) and can show compelling ties at home that will bring you back from the current visit.

That said, there is no harm in trying once.

i appreciate your swift response

when i was filling my online form i made mistake (twice) which i discovered after submiting my form by clicking No when i suppose to click Yes and on the sheet that says what's my relationship with the person i know in the US. i Chose OTHER instead of relatives.

what do i do in that case? i am still on processing my interview date

can i fill another online form or what is your suggestion/advice for me.
