PlEASE HELP.. B2 Visa(Name change in Doc's & Ds-160 Info)

Hi All,
I have 2 clarifications regarding the B2(US Visitor). Please help me in solving this.

Back ground:- Am inviting my mother as well as mother in law & father in law to US on Visitor visa.

1) while filling DS-160 form, under "US Contact information", we have given below information
Contact person name in the US:- " written My name"
Organisation in the US:- "DO NOT KNOW"

We are little bit feared that we have written "Do NOT KNOW" for organisation, is it the organisation which am working OR is it the separate independent organisation which is going to sponsor B2 visa.
Now in the interview if they ask my company(where am working to my parents & In laws) name then will there be any mismatch..

2) My father in law is retired & have property in his name but the name in his passport & his pension book & property document are different as below

Name in passport:- Ramesh kumar jain (name changed)
Name in Pension document :- Ramesh (Only Ramesh)
Name in Property document:- R.K.Jain

will it creates problem (Do we really need to have "One & the same" Affidavit") OR it doesnt creates any problem.

2. Get one and same affidavit.
