Hi,
My parents visa got rejected on Jan 5th. VO gave 214(b) stating that they did not satisify the VO that they will come back. Though my parents has all the evidence to show for the strong ties they have in India, they did not look at those documents.
Background: While filling the DS 160 last time, we mentioned my dad occupation is agriculture.
This month my dad started a new business.
Reapply: Now we are planning to send them for the visa interview again in Feb. While filling the DS-160 do we need to select agriculture as his occupation or can we mention business?
If I need to mention the agriculture to match with the previous DS-160 data, in the explantion of duties section, can we mention about business also along with the agriculture duties?
Also, Iam pregnant and have due date in March. So if the VO asks abount that, can they say NO? I read so many forums that better not to mention abt preg and mention as tourisam.
We really need to fill the form soon to proceed for the visa interview appointment. Any suggession from others or experts will be highly appreciated.
