Sponsor Docs - bank letter

Hello Immihelp!

1) When I called the customer support of my bank in California for the bank letter (as part of the requirements from sponsor's side), they asked me details about my in-laws names to be included in the letter as I'm sponsoring them. I talked to some of my friends that have invited their parents/in-laws last year (and past) and they say, they din't have to give the names. When I told the customer support guy about this, he said anything related to Immigration needs this info. Have the rules changed recently or is this the normal procedure ?

2) When I asked my HR rep about my employment verification letter from my company, she asked similar info and also the dates when they might be coming here and how long are they going to stay. Is this normal too ? Will providing such info be helpful or might cause issues during the interview ?

3) Another question..... when the visitors' visa is issued (say for 3 or 6 months only), is it valid from the date it was issued (while stamping) or from the date they've entered US ?

4) Another one..... where can I download the I-134 form from ? The link here is not working Is this the only document that needs to be notarized ?

Appreciate if the experts at Immihelp can provide answers to these questions quickly.

1. Don't confuse them by telling stuff about immigration. Just tell them you need this type of letter.

Thanks veyr much for the quick reply.

1) The bank has already dispatched (mailed) the letter to my address and its going to take 3 days or so to reach. If I ask for it again, I may not be able to get it in time. I'm sending the docs with a friend that is going on this Sunday nite to Hyd. What do I do now ?

2) Samething with my office letter as it has to come from another state (where our HR is located), it has been dispatched to me

3) So... the validity of the VISA is based on the date on I-94 that is issued when entering US ?

Its a link on the sponsor documents page. But, I've found another way to download the form from other source on this website.

1 & 2. If they have been mailed to you, don't worry about.
3. Duration of stay in US is determiend by the date in I-94. Date in visa stamp is just for entering US.
