Need Advise on visa

Hello

I am planning to travel to US on B1 visa.

My spouse is working for US organization from India ( contract employment ).
The payment for the contract employment is deposited on US bank account. She pays Indian tax. Currently, her H1 visa is void.

(1) What Visa I should apply for her, so that She can travel with me to US ?
(2) Is it okay for her to continue working while she will be in US ?
(3) Should she pay US tax during the stay ?

If she would like to work in the U.S., she would need work visa such as H1 visa.
