Change of nationality US visa in old passport, Plz Help!!!!

Hi Guys

I am planning to get my citizenship of Australia in a few months time which means I have to give up my Indian passport, now the problem is my US B1/B2 visa is in my Indian passport which is valid till 2018, I understand I can use the Visa waiver program once I have an Australian passport however back in 2001 & 2003 my US visa was refused under section214b before being issued in 2008 for 10years multi entry, and since then I have travelled to US twice. Now my question is would those refusals back in the day impact on my Visa waiver or the fact that I was issued a visa after those refusals and have complied with the conditions, will it be okay to apply for ESTA and travel visa free...not sure what to do!!!!

Any help would be much appreciated!!!!!

No , you won't have any problems entering on visa waiver. Because Your visa waiver is on a different nationality.
Also, Will you get your cancelled Indian passport back? A valid US visa ( not defaced) can be used even if it is on a cancelled passport but not sure you can do that if your nationality is changed.

I appreciate your reply Peace but I know for a fact it doesn;t matter if rejection was under whichever nationality, I sitll can't find the answer to my question....Plz help Immihelp administrator if you know the answer!!!!
