Hello, My elder sister along with her two kids applied for B2 visa and her visa got rejected. Her sponsor was her husband. However her husband did not accompany them for the interview as he already had a business visa, but he never used it. The rejection reason the visa officer gave them was that her husband did not accompany them for the interview. 1) Now should her sponsor be her husband again or her second sister in USA who did not sponsor them until now..? 2) Also should her husband also go with them for the B2 visa this time..? It will be of great help if you could give us your valuable suggestions. Awaiting your reply. Thank you in advance for your help.
