Im in the middle of getting all the documentation together for DS-230 and i864 forms for my in-laws.
There is a family event coming up in the US next month. Both my in-laws have 10yr Visitor Visas. My mother-in-law wishes to travel to the US.
Can she travel on her visitor visa while her immigration file is still in process? She plans on staying here for 2months.
