Hi every1,
I am currently studying Master's in Quebec, Canada. I lived with my mom in India. She's a divorcee.
I want to apply for her B2. We have relatives in texas who are ready to give the sponsorship letter stating that they would take care of all expenses during her stay in texas(holiday purpose reason)
I am worried that B2 for my mom is quite difficult. Can my being in Canada be a possible reason for rejection? What about the divorcee thing? What can I do so that she gets a B2 ?
Please advise. Thank u.
