Any risk in applying for tourist VISA for future H4?

I am interested in visiting the US in a few months and would like to apply for a tourist VISA ...

Chances are, I am likely to get married towards the end of the year and will be applying for H4 following that.

So my question is, will either of the approval or the rejection of the tourist visa have any bearing on the future-H4-application?

Approval rejection of B1 will have no bearing on your future visa applications unless of course, if approved, you misuse the visa, or it is denied in first place due to illegal or criminal acts. My opinion, not a legal advice.
