B2 Visa - Second Attempt, Please give us an answer

Hello,

Our visa got rejected the first time and would like to go for a re-attempt. Needed some valuable advice:

1) Just FYI, husband did not accompany us for the interview for the first time as he already had a buisness visa however he never used it. First time the sponsor was husband, should he only be for the second time too or should I have my sister sponsor us (who is in USA).

Please help us with the above question. We really need your advice.
