Can I apply for US visiting visa

Hi,

My H1B visa was on hold in the year Aug 2008. They had given me 221g form. As I need to travel to Canada for office work, I couldn't go to consulate and submit the documents that they asked.
In Canada, I went for US visiting visa in the year July 2010. It was rejected for whole family. However it was approved for my spouse when he applied for himself in Feb 2011.

I am currently in Canada since Nov 2009. Can I apply B2 visa for myself one more time? I am worried that it may reject again. Please help me.
