Hi Friends,

1. I came 3 months before to US and I am on H1 now. My wife and kids are already having H4
visa, they are coming on April to here. Can I sponsor my in-laws now, sothat they can come
along with my wife and kids?

2. Since my wife is in India now, When My in-laws are going for stamping, would they need Birth
certificate/Visa/passport copies of my wife are needed?

3. I am planning to send my elder son back to India after 2months for his school. So, Can my In-
laws say that they are coming to see US and also planning to bring back their grand son (my
elder son) back to India when they go for stamping in the US consulate. Will that be good to
get the Visa?

Please answer my queries / Any other suggetions also welcome.

I do not recommend inviting your in-laws when you have just been in US for 3 months.
It shows desperation and grounds enough for a denial.

Let your wife/kids settle down in US and you can invite your inlaws after a year or so. ( Early 2013is fine).

By the way, did you change status to H-1 in US?

When my in-laws goes for stamping, Would it be right to inform the Visa officer that they wanted to travel with thier daughter (My wife) and grandson in April?

Or Can they hide to Visa officer that my wife and kids travel plans to US? Would that make strong to get the visa?

They do not need to volunteer that info. but if asked, they can't lie about it.
