Visitor Visa Query for my Finace' In India : I am a L1-B Worker

Hi , I am non-immigrant worker in USA on L1-B Visa and my finace' works in India . I want her to visit US for couple of days for my birthday celebration on visitors's visa .Can I sponsor her as a finace' ?. If yes , how may I gonna prove that she is my finace'??

There is no legal proof for being fiance.

Anyone can sponsor anyone, but possibility of her getting the visa is quite low.
