Arrive and depart from different airport

HI ,

My parents currently have multiple entry visitor visa . They are coming next month to nyc . (port of entry will be in New Jersey). and while leaving usa , can they leave from different airport other than the port of entry. They are planning to visit california and want to leave to india from sfo .. Will there be a problem if arrival and departure airports are different ?.
