Query of a Student-Visa for parents

Hi All:

I am graduating in May 2012 and would like to have my parents join my graduation ceremony. I would like to know:
1) Is going to Interview in March end too late?
2) My parents are sponsoring themselves and have strong ties in India as well, but my husband is on F2. Will that be a problem in Visa?
3) Do I also need to show some finances as I have a dependent with me?
4) I am currently on OPT and have only a soft offer for a job, will that be a problem?
