Visitor Visa form query

I am Kavita. I live in India. Earlier I was on H4 Visa. I lived in US for 3 years.
Now my brother who is a greencard holder in USA wants to sponsor me B1 visa. So what are the forms to be filled by him for sponsoring me? He cannot show me as fully dependent on him as I am married.
Please guide me through this. Also pls furnish me the details abt what forms to be filled and the reasons to be shown in the sponsor letter.
I have taken the visa appointment for next week.

There is no concept of sponsorship in Visitor Visa. All you brother can do is pay for your trip. If you have sufficient money to pay for your trip all you need from him is an informal invitation letter. If your brother is paying for your trip, he will need to send you his bank statements and a letter stating that he will take care of your expenses.
