Visitors visa rejected for my parens twice at Hyderabad consulate -- please help

Hi,

I sponored visa to my parents as i am pregnant. they went on jan 15th for first time for visitors visa.
my father is a former but our lands worth 3crore as per Govt assessment. First time they rejected and the reason is "No strong proof to come back". second time they went today and reason for rejection not yet known. This time my father got a chance to show the Govt assessed property documents for the land.

About my family:
I had a sister who lives in Canada. My parents visited Canada before and stayed there for 5 months. Interviewer asked about Canada visit both the times.

Questions asked second time:
1. What are doing?
2 how land you have?
who will take of the land when you are away?
did you visit Canada?
Name of the company the Son-in law working?
how do you spell the company name?

Can you please suggest me how to get the visa? Can we go to Chennai. I need my mother to support here. what went wrong?

Nothing went wrong, going twice in a span of two months shows desperation, and VO are only too experienced to know your parents may be travelling only for pregnancy purposes which is not a valid reason for visitor visa. The VO is not seeing any strong ties to home country. Nothing much can be done rather then trying again. Would it be possible for your mom to attend visa interview on her own and if she gets visa to travel on her own? I think that can be an option to be tried out. This is my opinion, do consult experts too.
