Indian applying for Tourist(B2)Visa from UK

Hi

I have an urgent query regarding the application for US visitor Visa.

I have just now graduated from a University here in UK.I am basically an Indian who came to Uk to pursue higher studies.I am currently under the Tier 1 Post Study Work Visa .I want to apply for a Tourist Visa to US but do not know how to build up a convincing application and supporting documnets.For starters I havnt landed a job here yet so I do not have any proof of employment here right now.Also I do not have a very strong reason as to what I am doing in UK as I am job hunting and this might coma across to the US ambassy as a 'potential immigrant'.
Please tell me how do I apply for a tourist Visa in such a condition.

I had applied for the same Visa in dec last year and got a reject with 'potential immigrant' stated as the reason although then I had also provided a letter rom the University saying I need to come back to the University to finish my course.

You have even less chances of getting tourist visa now because you currently don't have a job.
