Hi,
I had applied a tourist visa for my wife and got rejected under sec 214(b). However, we want to go to USA for 4 weeks time to one of my relatives place. We wanted to go for my cousin's graduation. But they did not find the reason good. Please guide what should we do so that she gets the VISA's. We geneuinely want to come back and not stay in USA for a long time.
