I'm going for my B2 tourist visa interview in 2 weeks and I'd just like to know if they do any kind of medical tests on you before you are given the visa? Or any drug tests?

Are you 100% sure? I'm really scared I don't get my visa because of this, I was around a couple of people who were smoking and I guess I was affected by second hand smoke so I'm guessing its in my system...Comment

No. They will not do any drug tests for visitor visa. To give you an example, I have sponsored my in-laws for visitor visa and they got their visas in Feb. And they didn't undergo any drug tests.
