Can L2 On EAD Sponsor B2?

I am working on L1 for 2 years and my wife is on L2 (EAD) working for 1 year. We want to invite my mother in law and my sister in law (24 yr, working and earning well). Since my mother in law can’t travel alone, we are filing B2 for my sis in law. She will accompany my mother in law to US and will return to India.
Can Iwe sponsor jointly to both of them? Or can I sponsor my mother in law & my wife (she being in L2 dependent visa) can sponsor her sister? Please reply.

Thanks for your reply. When you say sponsor, does that mean on my sis-in-law's DS160, I can mention my wife's name?
Can you please throw some light on joint sponsorship?
Some friends are advising me not to file their B2 together. My mom-in-law is widow and sis-in-law is unmarried and working in India.
