B2 - Proofs to establish that I am going to come back

Hi,
I am applying for a B2 visa to attend my sister's graduation.

Following is my situation:
i) I work for an MNC in India earning about 12 LPA.
ii) My dad is working and mom a housewife in India.
iii) I dont have any properties in my name
iv) I am single and aged 27 years

Please let me know how to strengthen my case to get a visa granted and the probability of getting a visa.

The purpose of your visit is very casual. A young , single man taking a leave from his MNC job going all the way to US just to attend his sister's graduation. Does not seem natural at all. In such cases they suspect you have other plans to settle there and sister's graduation is just an excuse.

Advice; Do not apply with this purpose. In fact, it will be difficult for you to get a visitor visa for any casual purpose even for sight seeing
because you are young and single.

The only way you can get a B1/B2 is if your company is sending you on a business trip.
