Husband and wife sponsoring visitor visa.

I and my wife wish to sponsor visitor visa for my parents. I would be the primary sponsor and my wife the secondary. This being said , can some one help in filling out the necessary docs for the same. My problem is the i-134 affidavit has no room for filling the secondary sponsor. Similarly when I prepare my invitation letter should it be signed only by me or can it be also cosigned by my wife too. Please let me know if there are any other docs I need to prepare.

How about the invitation letter? Do we need 2 invitation letters or just 1 signed and co signed?
