My sister, unmarried and working in India is planning to come over to USA for a month vacation on B2 visa. There are chances that the visa may get rejected as she falls in 20-30 age group. Will this visitor visa rejection cause any problems in future work visa applications? she is likely to apply for a H1/L1 visa in coming years through her company.

No it will not. Unless there is misrepresentation( Lying or fraud)

B1/B2 requries non-immigrant intent while H1/L1 visas do not.
