F1 Rejected Twice.. Which Visa to apply?? B2 or H4??

Hello Everyone..

One of my friend's f1 visa got rejected twice.. His wife is here in US.. They both are indian but he is working on UK.. They did court Marriage.. Should he apply for Visitor Visa or Dependent Visa.. What is advisable with more chances of getting approval??

Please reply soon.. They both have not met since last two years..

What was the reason for f1 denial? With f1 denial,visitor visa becomes difficult as well.

You have not mentioned wife's visa status in US.

F1 rejection.. First time reason was they were not convinced that the guy will be able to sponsor his studies.. Second time they question the university.. Although the university is quite a good one..

Wife is on H1B..

H-4 is the visa. Visitor/student you must prove that you will return but not with an H-4.

For an H-4, must be able to prove marriage to wife ( registration, photos).
Also,, must take proof of her H-1 status .
