My parents got their visitor's visa approved in Chennai yesterday. I just wanted to thank Immihelp and others who helped me from start to finish. I really appreciate the prompt response to all my queries especially being a free service. This is a great website for all immigration questions.

Congratulations!! I went through the experience you posted and I am wondering if you are the only child for your parents. My parents visa was rejected as I am the only child. Just anxious to know.

I am sure you would have learned a lot from this website while going through the process of visitor visa.

I would really appreciate if you could kindly spend some time once in a while and answer few questions that you already know. That way, different people in the community can help others, as there is a limit on how much we can achieve on our own.

Its all BS, my mother has 5 children + 9 grand children and she was rejected TWICE. I guess this consulate has some thing in Chennai where anybody and everyboody gets visa...but in Mumbai genuine people are rejected.

There is no rule that people are rejected at one place and approved at another place when circumstances are similar.

Each case is unique and can not be generalized.
