URGENT: question 10 on Form i-134

I filed I-134 and sponsored my parents for visitor visa very first time in year 2001 but they got rejection that time. Now I am attempting second time for my parents's visitor visa. So what should i write in question 10 on form I-134? I already mentioned parents names on Q#9. Background: I am on h1b visa with my spouse on H4.

Yes, you have to mention that you sponsored them before.
