Maiden name confusion on DS 160

I am filing up DS 160 form for my parents for USA visitor visa (B2). Should I put maiden name for my mom on my Dad's spouse information. If yes, how it should be written?
And when I fill up the form for my mom, should I mention her maiden name on Personal information page?

If any one can answer my query at earliest I would really appreciate. I am trying to fill up and submit the forms in 1-2 days.

You should put the name exactly on her passport in both the places. All the best.

So are you saying in other names I shouldn't include the full name before marriage?
On passport my mom has my father's last name and middle name.

Enter her name as per her passport at all places. The only place where she should enter maiden name is in the other names used section.
