Visitor Visa - I 134 form Question

Dear all :

My mother has visitor visa and my father doesnt have the visitor visa , he is going to attend in the middle of march . i know that i need to submit I 134 form for my father .. do i also need to submit one for my mother when my father attends the visa interview ??
