Hello, I need help for below Q. please.

1-I would like to know if I can change my visa status from visitor to employer visa.
2-My father he is holding Green card, Can he make company under his name and sponsor me.
3-I'm 37 years old, married and have kid's.
4-Me and my family hold visitor visa.

Yes, you can change status but a petition for a work visa ( eg H-1) must be approved before you can apply for a status change.
You must also have the requisite qualification ( bachelor's in a specialty occupation for an H-1b).
Yes, your dad can start a company and sponsor you but a work visa petition to be approved for a
new start up company , consult a very good immigration attorney.
