My husband sponsored my sister and niece and their application have been rejected this week.
My sister had been to USA once, still her application denied. There is no intention to settle in USA. But still VO gave reason that they will settled down in USA.
VO: Who is there in USA?
Answered. sis and her husband.
VO: What is their status? CItizen?
Answered. GC.
VO: What do you do?
Answered. Homemaker.
VO: Whats your husband do?
Answered.
VO said Sorry.
VO didnt ask any questions to my niece.
My brother's application also had been denied asking the same question, who is there in USA? and what is their status? My brother also had been to USA once and he had 10 years visa prior. No intention to stay in USA.
I am curious is that only me in the USA, VO denies their application for visitor visa???
I really want to invite my niece who is 12 yrs old for her summer vacation. She can come with her grand parents (my parents) who have 10 yrs visa.
My Question is:
Shall we reapply my niece's application again? If yes, when is the best time? My niece has summer vacation from mid April to mid June. What can we expect for her interview?
Please help me out on above situation.
