Tourist visa - first entry

Hi,

My friend applied for an received a 10 year tourist visa about 2 years ago but then switched jobs and was not able to come visit.

Her visa has not expired but she never used it to enter the US.

Will she have to completely re-apply since she didn't enter the US within 90 days or is there some other process (she lives in Brazil)?

Where did you get this "90 day restriction' ?

There is no such thing.

Relax, She can enter anytime during the validity of the visa.
