URGENT : H4 holder sponsoring parents

Hi, Can H4 visa holder sponsor his parents for B2 tourist visa?

I am on H1 visa, and my husband(h4 holder) is sponsoring his parents for B2 visit visa without my knowledge, but somehow I came to know about this, and in letter to consular, he has mentioned that my wife is working for xxxxx company, and earning xxxx salary. And also he has attached my W2's, payslips, passport copies and all my documents without my knowledge. Since he has access to my email, so he got all these docs from there. My salary account is joint with him, so he has taken bank letters also on his name. He is doing all these assets without my knowledge. and they have already scheduled interview with US consular Delhi for 16th March. Please help what to do in this case. this is really urgent. Thanks.

There is no sponsorship for B2 Visa. All one can do is pay for the trip. Since your husband jointly owns the bank accounts, he can pay for his parent's trip. If you don't want him to do that, open a separate single account and transfer the money there.
