Hello,
I live in US and so does my family. My undergrad graduation ceremony is on May 6th or so.
I want to invite my friend/teacher from back home so he can attend it.
(a) what visa does he need? I assume it's visitors visa?
(b) he's married and has kids there. he'll come here for 1-2 month tops.
(c) what kind of documents do i need to send him?
(d) how does this whole process go? does he apply to the embassy or what?
(e) i'm a us citizen by naturalization.
(f) provide as much detail as you can please. needless to say i've 0 experience with this.
