Ds-160, Travel Info

I am filling DS-160 form on behalf of my parents as I am applying for
visitor visa for them.
IN travel information section which option from below should I select.

1.Business/Conference (B1)
2.Tourism/Medical Treatment (B2)
3.Business/Personal.(B1/B2)

I went through couple of posts in this website, I think people have selected
both option 2 and 3. Can I go with the 3rd option or is it the 2nd one .
