B1/B2 Rejected need help plz

HI,

I am from india,

I applied for B1/B2 visa to take my exam USMLE STEP2CS in US,I had invitation letter from the ECFMG(the body in US that takes licensure exam for doctors),sponsership letter from my cousion who is a US citizen,Property and bank statements of my parents.I have been previoulsy to US three times and always been back on time.

One drawback is that i graduated in 2009 MD general medicine and after that i didnt have any work experience in my field as i was preparin for my USMLE STEP1 and STEP 2 both of which i qualified,but i worked on parttime basis in dubai as a computer operator.

The VO asked me the following

why are u goin to US

i answered i am going there to take my exam,usmle step 2 cs

Have you qualified step 1

i answered yes and showed her the score report of step 1 and invitation letter.

When did u graduate

i answered 2009.

why i took you so long to prepare for steps ,where u working any where in between

i answered i was preparing for my steps and i worked in b/w in dubai

Why being a doctor you worked as a computer operator.

I said i went to dubai as my girlfrnd lives there and i had to convince her parents for our marriage,i took a bit longer than i expected so to support myself financially there i worked on parttime basis and i also i did clinical attachment at one hospital.

So you went there for ur girlfrnd are u married to her now

i answered no i am planning to get married after i am done with my steps .

I am sorry sir US immigrration policy is strict .

i was shattered ,,,,could ask her anythin....

All i said to her was truth , i think she didnt buy it,,,,,

do you think i still have chance to get if i try again ,,,,, plz help.....s

You can try one more time. Just work in your field for a few months and apply during the job. Let us hope this time they ignore the dubai thing. Another advice;
Do not mention your US citizen cousin. That will go against you. Just show your own money
for the trip and say you will stay at a hotel.

If denied this time too, look for a research job that can get you an H-1. Ask your USC cousin to help.With an H-1 , the dubai trip won't be an issue and you won't need to prove a non-immigrant intent.

If i don't mention my cousion as my sponser won't it be a problem as in previous application i mentioned him as my sponser.
The problem is i cant work in India as i don't have indian medical license.

No, it won't be a problem. They won't ask you about the cousin even if they do , you can make up something like you had an argument.

Why don't you have an Indian license?

Senator's letter will it help

Hi

What are the chances of getting the visa if u produce letter from US senator.
How should the letter be shown to the VO, i mean should i just pass on the letter in the starting of interview.
The VO didn't give me a reason why they are rejecting, no slip nothin
To the senator office they mentioned the reason of rejection as "he didn't produce any strong reason why he wants to go to US."
Should i mention this as the reason for rejection in my next application.
