Visitor visa for my parents

Hi ,
I applied my parents visa in 2010 but they got rejected twice coz that time my wife has green card and i have work visa only...but now my wife got citizenship in 2010after my parents got rejected their visa ....i got my green card last year so i want to know...... is it better that i can apply for my parents visitor visa in summer or my wife can apply for her in laws...plz give me good hint.....

Even if your wife is a US citizen, she cannot apply for in-laws. It is better your parents apply for a visitor visa at the US Consulate in their home country.

Thanks Kevin....one more thing they got reject twice in 2010 and do i have to wait till end of this year or i can apply for them in this summer....

They can apply now. But your wife's USC status or your GC status and who is sponsoring is not the reason for the denial.

Please post the last interview whatever they can recall.

Also,
are they retired or working?
If working what is their annual income?
Do they have any children ( single or married) in India?
How many children in US?

Thanks for replying peace999----my father is retired Govt.employee and my mother is still in Govt job they r earning good money.i have one younger brother which is married and have one kid.....last time problem was that i came on h1 long time back but change my staus to eb3 and start working in my relative store and got open work permit from them---when my parents went for interview they said why ur son changed his status from h1-- why he is working in store...............sory i cant give u visa..........then after 6 month they applied again and they refused again----that was the situation....
and then i read online (if any major change comes to your status then u can apply again......
so that y i m thinking i got my gc last yr nd my wife become citizen) which is major change in my status so can i apply for them now????
