Thanks for the site owner for explaining all the process systematicaly. My mom's visa got approved in the second attempt. All I can say, this is simply a trial and error. IF they are in good mood, you get visa, otherwise you don't. Most of the time 'no logic' applies. My mother is a widow, and both of her kids live abroad - that was her weakest points - and this is something that she would never gonna overcome. This was the reason why she was not given a visa the first time( July 2011). Then she traveled Canada (Nov 2011) and returned. Nothing significant change happened since then. This time they thought, "alright, lets just listen to the lady, what she has to say" . My mom said it all, they read the invitation letter that was sent by me, asked the common questions and got convinced.
Then again, all I can say, this visa process and interviews are nerve wrecking. Yet pleasant once you get it. I am so excited that my mom's coming. Keep our family in your prayers.
Thanks
