Urgent: Incometax documents for Visitor

Hi,
My parents are apearing visitor visa interview this tuesday. last minutes query. Thanks in advance to those who can answer and help us.

My daddy is 65, retired never had salaried job in past 30 years as he is a social worker. Actually i the sponsor, daughter(Single) take care of parents and send money and dad can operate all my accounts.

Queestions?
1>We have filed zero income tax returns for past 2 years. But will that result in queries as to how my dad's family runs? How did you guys figured out that your income for this year is X/year when you were not on any one's payroll.

If a question is asked (On this site i read that many have mentiuoned that officer asks does the sponsor sends money to visitors)

If i am sending money to them , will that be a problem?

Unless you are showing your income truthfully and paying taxes on them, it could be a trouble if caught.

Sending money to parents is not a problem for visa purposes.
