Mistake-MisMatch in Travel information on DS-160 Form of mine and my family

I have an interview schedule on 16th of March 2012, while reviewing the application i think i made a mistake in travel plans, it differs from what is in my DS-160 application, from what it is in my wifes and kids application. I m still trying to figure out how i made the mistake, we are already scheduled for the interview.
How can i correct the mistake ?
Should i re-do the complete online DS-160 for myself or all of us in group ?
Cancel the current appointment and fill new DS-160 and re-schedule a new interview ?

What exactly is the mistake?

The flight details and the travel location are different, they are not the same as in, it is correct in my wife and son's ds160 form not in mine.
I have mentioned Delta Airline, whereas we have a booking in lufthansa Airline.
The destination location were we will go first is also not same, i did not verify, though i should have.

Should i cancel the appointment and take a new interview date ?
