B2 visa of parents - 2nd visit documentation requirement

Hello,

My parents have a 10 year multiple entry B2 visa obtained in 2010 for tourism. They have used it once for a 2 week tour though a travel agent.

Now, they plan to visit me next month - I am working in US on an L1. What sort of documentation might be asked for at the port of entry - do i need to send them a letter of invitation, proof of residence etc?

They usually do not ask for any documentation at the POE. They just ask you the purpose and duration you are going to be in US.
But can ask to look at their return tickets to make sure they really have plans to go back. Also, Parents must carry your complete address and phone no. just in case they ask.

Most importantly, did they return their I-94s to the airline while leaving US on their last visit?
