difficult to get visa for younger applicants?

I like to bring my brother for 2 months vacation to US.Currenly he is working in IT related company. I know being in IT with young age,its difficult to get the visa.
Can we show something else like my brother is working as Faculty Staff in teaching or something,which may be easy to get the visa rather than in IT field?
Also will it be a problem later when we apply for his H1 visa?since all of his previous work experiences will be stored in the computer, and the officer knows he hasn't worked as Faculty staff before as we stated when we apply for b1 visa.?

Any thoughts on this?>

So everytime we apply for visa,they will store all of our work experiences. is that correct?
my understanding was when we apply for B2 visa first and then H1 visa later,at the first time when we apply for B2 they wont keep track of work experiences.
only when we apply for H1,they will keep track of the work related experiences and the company details.
is my understanding wrong?>

Whatever happened during your B2 visa interview is not relevant during H1 visa interview, under most circumstances.
