Depositing Visa Fee @ Bhopal branch

Hi Guys

Does any of you have any experience with depositing visa fee @ Bhopal branch. From the list provided at VFS site I am not 100% sure if the applicant has to go himself at this branch OR a travel agent can deposit the fee on applicant's behalf?
